Photo Retouching:
One of the things that has been a by-product of the photo design work, has been quite a few years of doing photo re-touching. On almost every design that needs photos there is usually some degree of retouching that is required. Whether just cleaning them up, or removing images from a background, or removing or adding background elements... Check out the Easy Rider, notice how the back rider is removed... or on Prince how the bike pops off the back ground. One of the hardest things about photo re-touching is trying to put information in where there was previously none. Clients will hire me for re-touching that is usually a little more difficult than a typical clean-up would be.
